Location: West Monroe, LA

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Saturday | 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM | Additional compensation for after-hours callouts

Experience Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or mechanical repair experience preferred
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and rewiring experience required
• Experience ordering parts and managing maintenance inventory
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be dependable and available for on-call repair needs
• Candidates living in or near the West Monroe area preferred

Job Duties:

• Order maintenance parts and manage inventory levels
• Perform routine equipment repairs and troubleshooting
• Change spark plugs and complete preventative maintenance tasks
• Conduct light electrical rewiring and general repairs
• Respond to after-hours maintenance calls as needed
• Maintain organization of maintenance supplies and procedures
• Support overall facility and plant maintenance operations
