Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Maintenance Lead Person responsible to manage, train, and direct maintenance crew. Perform various maintenance tasks as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or Production Manager. What You Will Need:
- Must have a valid Forklift Certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of basic electrical and refrigeration safety; including chlorine hazards, confined space and Lockout/Tag out procedures.
- Must have knowledge of all phases of mechanical equipment including reduction gear and double reduction gear, bearings, belting, and pumps.
- Must be able to cut with plasma, acetylene torch, and power tools.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with TIG and MIG on stainless and black steel.
- Welds must pass food grade requirements.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a positive and professional attitude towards employees, visitors and vendors.
- Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to train and re-train on all of the above trades.
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
Benefits
Total Rewards: $25.45 / HOUR
