Schedule: 40 Hours were week, Wednesday-Saturday, semi-flexible start and end times
Pay: Starting at $32.00 per hour, Based on ExperienceJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance activities and support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. This position provides day-to-day leadership for maintenance technicians, coordinates equipment repairs, drives preventive maintenance efforts, and partners with production to maximize equipment reliability while maintaining a safe work environment.Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance activities supporting safety, quality, and production goals
- Prioritize maintenance work based on safety, quality, and operational impact
- Coordinate equipment breakdown response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Communicate equipment status and repair progress with production and leadership teams
- Ensure preventive maintenance tasks and work orders are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor maintenance KPIs including downtime, PM compliance, and equipment reliability
- Coach and mentor maintenance technicians while promoting teamwork and accountability
- Ensure compliance with all safety, lockout/tagout, food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
- Identify equipment improvements and critical spare parts needed to improve reliability
- Partner with production to resolve equipment-related issues affecting plant performance
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS) and troubleshooting industrial equipment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Forklift, aerial lift, and scissor lift experience preferred
- Experience in food or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Shift schedule determined by production and operational needs
- Weekend, overtime, and holiday work may be required
