    Job Title: Maintenance Lead Date: July 2026Reports to: Manufacturing Manager

    SummaryThis role is primarily a hands-on maintenance technician who also coordinates the day-to-day maintenance work. The Maintenance Lead performs PMs and repairs, runs daily maintenance activities on the floor, guides and supports the maintenance team and serves as the main maintenance contact for production. The role also manages work orders and vendors, handles purchasing and documentation, and works with and takes direction from the Manufacturing Manager on overall decisions, priorities, and strategic initiatives to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.
