UTILITY WORKER - HVAC MAINTENANCE IV
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Under the supervision of the Supervisors of Facilities and the Manager of Facilities, the HVAC utility worker assists and performs preventative maintenance (changes filters, greases motors & bearings, changes belts, cleans coils, paints exterior cabinets) and minor repairs on all HVAC units, boilers, refrigeration equipment and other related equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
SALARY The current salary range for the Maintenance IV Utility Worker position for the fiscal year 20 26-2027 is $51,887 - $61,731, depending upon creditable experience and training.
