    Wyndemere Homeowners Association is seeking a Maintenance and Irrigation Technician with an “Anything is possible” mindset and a take-charge approach to property maintenance.

    POSITION SUMMARY
    • The Maintenance and Irrigation Technician is responsible for general maintenance and repair of the master association’s facilities and common areas, with a primary focus on irrigation, plumbing, and minor electrical systems. Additional responsibilities may include pressure washing, painting, plant watering, trash removal, and other maintenance duties as assigned.
    • This position may also require participation in an on-call rotation for major weather events, system failures, or other emergency situations.
    • This position reports to and works under the direction of the Grounds and Maintenance Manager.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
    • Knowledge of residential property maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, irrigation, and landscaping
    • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills
    • Valid driver's license
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle

    SCHEDULE
    • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
    • Rotation of half-day weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) during season to maintain common area plants
    • Rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies

    TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
    • Work is performed primarily outdoors with potential exposure to high heat, humidity, and seasonal weather conditions
    • Ability and stamina to work outdoors for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
    • Requires frequent mobility throughout the property
    • Requires frequent sitting, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
    • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and residents
    • Ability to respond effectively to emergency maintenance and irrigation situations
