Maintenance Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary

This position provides administrative and hands-on support to maintenance parts and supplies procurement.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Distribute parts and supplies deliveries.
• Prepare parts for shipment.
• Perform parts kitting and staging for work orders.
• Receive parts against requisitions.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Manage parts room inventory.
• Update CMMS inventory.
• Assist in closing of work orders.
• Visit vendors / area shops for miscellaneous items, special orders, etc...

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Technical diploma or coursework in related field preferred.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers, vendors, and customers.
• Parts/inventory management experience in manufacturing environment.
