Basic Maintenance of all Lakeland School Corp buildings and properties including but not limited to: oiling of motors, changing filters, washing/cleaning chillers/air handlers and other HVAC units on the campus, changing light fixtures, changing outlets and switches, cleaning of mechanical rooms, minor plumping repairs, hanging and removal of white boards and bulletin boards in classrooms. Data entry for preventive maintenance program when available.
