Maintenance, Housmen & Groundskeeping

The Maintenance, Housmen & Groundskeeping role focuses on performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of facilities and grounds. Working as part of a large team and reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, this position involves the use of manual tools to maintain safe and well-kept environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across facilities and grounds
• Operate manual tools safely and efficiently
• Assist in landscaping and groundskeeping duties
• Support preventive maintenance efforts to reduce downtime
• Coordinate with team members to accomplish daily maintenance goals

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in maintenance and groundskeeping
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
• Experience in landscaping and equipment operation
• Commitment to safety compliance
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a large team
