Maintenance Help, Maintenance Assistant

Job responsibilities may include (not limited to): · Perform maintenance and repairs · Respond to maintenance requests · Conduct routine safety and building upkeep checks · Assist with room set ups and furniture moves · Maintain clean and organized work areas · Report needed repairs · Work with outside vendors as directed · Follow safety and facility policies A Qualified Candidate Needs to Be: · able to understand and follow instructions in English · communicate effectively with other staff and residents · eligible to work in the United States · able to work as a team and follow directions · at least 18 years of age. Prior experience as a handyman and in an assisted living setting or senior care is preferred.
