    Maintenance Foreman

    jade owls is a fast-growing oil & gas operator built on integrity, grit, and cash flow. Since 2022, we've grown more than 65x and currently operate 13,500 BOPD across Northeast Wyoming and Oklahoma. 

    We're looking for a Maintenance Foreman to lead and oversee field maintenance operations across our assets.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and direct daily work of maintenance technicians across assigned areas
    • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize production uptime
    • Make decisions on staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
    • Participate in hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions for maintenance staff
    • Develop and implement maintenance processes, standards, and preventative maintenance programs
    • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party services
    • Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
    • Partner with Operations leadership to align maintenance strategy with production goals

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of oil & gas maintenance experience
    • 2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams
    • Strong understanding of production equipment and field operations
    • Demonstrated ability to manage people, priorities, and performance
    • Experience with hiring, coaching, and employee development
    • Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
    • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

    Work Environment

    • Outdoor field work in varying weather conditions
    • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
    • Exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, and H2S environments
