Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry repairs and projects (required skill)
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Painting and surface touch-ups, interior and exterior
- General trade work across multiple disciplines as needed
- Cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, debris removal, etc.)
- Operate tractors, forklifts, and other equipment safely
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Carpentry experience required
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting trades
- Experience operating tractors, forklifts, or similar equipment preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong commitment to safety; must follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
Work Environment
This is primarily an outdoor position requiring physical stamina, comfort working in varying weather conditions, and strict adherence to safety standards at all times.
