What You'll Do
Deep Cleaning & Floor Care
- Deep clean floors, restrooms, kitchen areas, storage spaces, and other areas of the restaurant
- Operate commercial floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment
- Detail drains, baseboards, corners, and hard-to-reach areas
- Follow proper sanitation, food safety, and chemical-handling procedures
- Take pride in leaving the restaurant clean, safe, and ready for the next day
Maintenance & Equipment Care
- Perform routine inspections of restaurant equipment and facility areas
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot minor equipment and facility issues
- Perform basic repairs when appropriate
- Replace light bulbs, tighten fixtures, and address general maintenance needs
- Identify larger repair needs and communicate them to restaurant leadership
- Help keep equipment operating safely and reliably
Facility Support
- Complete maintenance and cleaning checklists
- Identify potential problems before they become larger repairs
- Maintain an organized, safe, and well-cared-for facility
- Assist with coordinating specialized repairs when outside service is needed
What We're Looking For
- Dependable, consistent, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Willing to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
- Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and bend, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Available for a consistent evening/overnight schedule, typically 11:00 PM–5:00 AM, up to 6 nights per week
- Committed to high standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization
Experience Is a Plus
Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, restaurant maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or other hands-on work is preferred.
Experience with commercial floor equipment, hand and power tools, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, or commercial kitchen equipment is also a plus.
Certifications are not required. Paid training is provided, and we're looking for people who are dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in doing quality work.
