Maintenance Equipment Technician

Insight Global is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support a leading manufacturing operation. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has experience working with industrial machinery and possesses strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical production equipment
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, servo, and control system issues
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and equipment manuals
Utilize diagnostic and testing equipment to identify equipment failures
Rebuild, modify, calibrate, and install production equipment as needed
Assist with equipment moves, upgrades, and installations
Train machine operators on equipment operation and basic maintenance practices
Document maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
Source replacement parts and components when necessary
Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards
