Overview

Join a dynamic opening team in a historic, fully renovated building with a unique concept. Cambria Boston Logan Airport is seeking a hands-on Engineering Supervisor to support the Chief Engineer in leading all maintenance and building operations.

This is a working supervisor role—you'll be actively performing maintenance while helping guide daily operations and setting the standard for the team.

Schedule & Shift

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Weekend availability required
• Schedule will rotate based on business needs

What You'll Do

• Perform daily maintenance: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
• Support preventative maintenance program
• Respond to work orders in guest rooms and public areas
• Assist with vendors and projects
• Conduct inspections and ensure safety compliance

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years maintenance experience
• HVAC or mechanical systems experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Flexible schedule including weekends

Preferred

• Hotel experience
• Trade certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• OSHA certification
• Opening or renovation experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $26.50 – $30.00 per hour
