Overview

Join a dynamic opening team in a historic, fully renovated building with a unique concept. Cambria Boston Logan Airport is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to support daily hotel operations and ensure a safe, fully functional environment for guests and team members.

This is a working role focused on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across all building systems.

Schedule & Shift

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Weekend availability required
• Overtime opportunities based on business needs

What You'll Do

• Perform daily maintenance: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Respond to guest room and public area work orders
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems
• Support inspections of rooms, equipment, and building systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years maintenance or facilities experience
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)

Preferred

• Hotel or apartment maintenance experience
• Trade or technical training
• OSHA or safety training

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
