My Client is hiring a Production & Maintenance Manager to lead daily plant operations
in Andrews, SC. This role oversees maintenance (Lead Mechanic, 2 Mechanics, Maintenance
Associate) and production teams (Supervisor + 8 Operators), ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing performance. 75% of the workload is production related and 25% of the workload is maintenance related.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate production plan to meet customer order and maintain inventory levels
• Lead production & maintenance teams
• Manage scheduling, work orders, and preventive maintenance
• Serve as Project Engineer for capital/maintenance projects
• Oversee contractors and plant construction
• Drive process improvements and maintain equipment records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
• 3–5+ years manufacturing experience
• ERP software experience
