    What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Electrician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining reliable electrical systems, minimizing downtime, and supporting a safe and productive manufacturing operation.Responsibilities include:

    Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on motors, drives, controls, PLCs, electrical panels, and related equipment

    Responding promptly to electrical breakdowns to minimize production downtime

    Ensuring electrical work complies with applicable safety standards, codes, and company requirements

    Diagnosing electrical and control system problems and determining effective solutions

    Supporting electrical upgrades, equipment installations, and equipment relocations

    Communicating with Production Facilitators, Production Team Leaders, Continuous Improvement, and Maintenance team members regarding electrical issues and solutions

    Working with the Plant Engineer and Maintenance Team Leader to support electrical coverage across shifts

    Completing and documenting electrical work orders in a timely manner

    Partnering with the Maintenance Supply Specialist to ensure electrical spare parts and materials are available

    Performing condition assessments and recommending repairs or replacement of electrical components

    Providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced technicians on electrical systems and troubleshooting best practices

    What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

    High School Diploma or GED

    Minimum 4 years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

    Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, drives, PLCs, and control circuits

    Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation

    Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

    Commitment to safety and adherence to electrical codes and company standards

    Preferred

    Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification

    Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to:

    Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection

    Walk, stand, bend, kneel, and climb stairs or ladders as needed throughout the facility

    Move throughout an active manufacturing environment while troubleshooting, inspecting, and servicing electrical equipment

    Perform work safely around industrial manufacturing equipment and electrical systems
