- High School or GED
- Experience with Microsoft office and computerized maintenance management systems.
- One year data base work experience.
- Excellent writing skills including good grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Deadline and detailed oriented with strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair crafts used such as electrical, instrument, electronic, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, to create service call requests in the computer database
- 3+ years of experience with scheduling and 2+ years of experience with a maintenance management system.
