Eligibility based on location
Maintenance Director Responsibilities include:
- Maintains grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal.
- Maintains the inside of the building, offices, and common areas.
- Maintains and/or oversees repairs to community equipment; ensures equipment functions properly and staff is trained to use it.
- Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishing of units after move-out.
- Maintains fire safety and emergency records, maintains systems, and completes inspections required by state.
Qualifications:
- Maintenance experience preferred; familiarity with minor repair and maintenance techniques for structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and heating and cooling systems required.
- Experience in building safety and hazard reduction preferred.
