The Senior .NET Developer will develop, maintain, and support enterprise web applications across legacy and modern .NET environments. The initial focus will be on existing applications built with C#, .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.NET Web Forms, SOAP/WCF web services, Telerik controls, and SQL Server. As new applications move into production, the role will expand to include debugging, troubleshooting, and supporting modern applications built with Blazor, Entity Framework Core, and newer versions of .NET.
Develop, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot enterprise applications built with C# and .NET Framework 4.8.
Support existing ASP.NET Web Forms applications, including resolving defects, implementing enhancements, and maintaining application functionality.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SOAP-based web services and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) integrations.
Build and maintain web interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, and Telerik ASP.NET AJAX controls.
Develop and maintain reports using Telerik Reporting.
Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server database objects, including tables, stored procedures, functions, and views.
Develop and support Windows Services written in C#.
Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot web applications hosted in Internet Information Services (IIS).
Support integrations and data exchanges between existing enterprise applications and services.
Investigate production issues, diagnose application errors, and implement corrective actions to maintain system reliability.
Provide application support to end users, troubleshoot reported issues, and resolve functionality and performance problems.
Assist with modernizing legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications built on .NET Framework 4.8 by transitioning functionality to Blazor and Entity Framework Core.
Develop and maintain modern application components using Blazor, Razor Views, and Razor Components.
Implement application data access and persistence using Entity Framework Core.
Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs.
Apply ASP.NET Core MVC architecture and established design patterns, including the Repository and Specification patterns.
Use Docker Desktop to support application development and local testing.
Assist with debugging, troubleshooting, and production support as new applications are deployed.
Collaborate with technical team members and stakeholders to resolve application issues, implement enhancements, and maintain reliable system operations.
Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework 4.8.
Hands-on development and maintenance of ASP.NET Web Forms applications built on .NET Framework 4.8.
Working knowledge of SOAP web services and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
Ability to develop and maintain web interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS.
Familiarity with Telerik ASP.NET AJAX controls and Telerik Reporting.
Strong SQL Server skills, including working with tables, stored procedures, functions, and views.
Ability to develop and maintain Windows Services using C#.
Knowledge of IIS configuration, application hosting, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Background supporting production applications, diagnosing technical issues, and resolving application defects.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical support to application users.
Working knowledge of modern .NET, including .NET 8 or later.
Hands-on development with Blazor.
Familiarity with Razor Views and Razor Components.
Proficiency in Entity Framework Core.
Ability to develop and consume RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC.
Understanding of the Repository Pattern and Specification Pattern.
Familiarity with Docker Desktop.
