When you join RadNet as a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

    You Will:

    • Perform regular maintenance tasks, replacing lights, filters, etc.
    • Performs minor fixes, such as repairing damaged walls, painting & patching throughout the centers
    • Works with tools, including hand and electrical tools
    • Install appliances and equipment as needed
    • Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
    • Maintain grounds by collecting trash, window cleaning and pest control
    • Ensures repairs are completed in timely manner in order to avoid accidents
    • Replace or repair locker and cabinets
    • Replace or repair doors, to include changing of locks and keys.
    • Replace ceiling tiles and light fixtures
    • Minor flooring repair
    • Small equipment removal, desk, computers, refrigerators, microwaves
    • Mounting of various items, signs and art work
    • Data network cabling and repair under the supervision of IT
    • Performs minor electrical and plumbing tasks
    • Relocation of office furniture and equipment,
    • Delivering equipment and supplies as well as site clean-up.
    • Upkeep of all company vehicles and maintain tools.

    • You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

    To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

    • Valid Driver's license, in good standing.
    • High School Diploma or equivalency
    • At least 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance
    • Must be prepared to complete assigned tasks after hours or weekends in order to not interfere with the operations of the center
    • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry
    • Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented
    • Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
