Weekly Salary: $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm

ESSENTIALS:

  • The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing all maintenance activities within the warehouse to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

  • This role serves as the primary point of contact for maintenance requests, preventive maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.

  • The Maintenance Coordinator ensures all equipment, building systems, and infrastructure are properly maintained in compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central coordinator for all warehouse maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility improvements.

  • Create, manage, and update maintenance work orders, logs, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accountability.

  • Prioritize maintenance needs based o n operational impact, safety requirements, and resource availability.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to schedule repairs, inspections, and service activities.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts.

  • Ensure all maintenance work follows OSHA, company safety policies, and regulatory standards.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, recommending corrective actions, and assisting with equipment lifecycle planning

  • Communicate maintenance updates, equipment downtime, and completion timelines to warehouse leadership and relevant stakeholders.
