Description

We have 12 different locations across North America in three different segments of the pulp and paper industry (Paper, Fiber and Recovery). The Sustana Fiber facility in De Pere, WI. is the leading manufacturer of recycled fiber. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a valid Journeymen's card. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Calibrate and change out instrumentation used to monitor process and equipment 

  • Diagnose and fix electrical issues throughout our mill 

  • Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer manuals, and schematics 

  • Can help spec out spare parts and necessary upgrades to electrical equipment and MCC’s 

  • Help with other general maintenance tasks 

  • Follow all company safety policies and quality standards 

Required Skills and Knowledge 

  • Valid Journeymen card
  • Working independently with minimal supervision 

  • Understands and can work on drive systems and PLC’s 

  • Experience with distributed control systems 

  • Familiarity with industrial fire protection and sprinkler systems 

  • Diagnose and repair, when possible, HVAC systems 

  • Experience with industrial plumbing applications, including installation, maintenance, and repairs 

  • Can use process meters, Hart device and Trex devices
  • Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot boiler and steam systems 

     

     

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Pay: Starting at $42/hour 

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm with fliexibility for down days and call-ins
