What You'll Do as a Maintenance Coordinator:- Create, assign, and track maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, production systems, and facility equipment
- Order and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motors, pumps, conveyors, valves, and related equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Coordinate contractor maintenance activities and support maintenance scheduling efforts
- Serve as backup to the Maintenance Supervisor and assist with employee training as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Coordinator Role:- High School Diploma or GED required; trade school education is a plus
- 2-4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems up to 480V, including 3-phase power
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures and electrical safety practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as needed
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, and occasional call-ins
