What You'll Do as a Maintenance Coordinator:
  • Create, assign, and track maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance activities
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, production systems, and facility equipment
  • Order and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and maintenance supplies
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motors, pumps, conveyors, valves, and related equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
  • Coordinate contractor maintenance activities and support maintenance scheduling efforts
  • Serve as backup to the Maintenance Supervisor and assist with employee training as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Coordinator Role:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; trade school education is a plus
  • 2-4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems up to 480V, including 3-phase power
  • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures and electrical safety practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as needed
  • Ability to work weekends, overtime, and occasional call-ins
