    Description

    The Pittsburgh Paints Company is now hiring a Maintenance Coordinator for our Carrollton, TX manufacturing plant. 

    Schedule:

    Schedule: Primarily 7:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. Candidates must have some flexibility, as start and end times may occasionally vary based on contractor schedules.

    Starting at: $52,000 annually, depending on experience.

    This position is responsible for coordinating the purchasing and receiving of spare parts, preventive maintenance/work orders tracking and compliance, daily maintenance contractors' management and in conjunction with Maintenance Supervisor coordinating the site mechanics activities and prioritization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Primary duties of the Maintenance Coordinator position include, but are not limited to: 
    • Perform daily storeroom activities including parts ordering, expediting, receiving, inspecting, cataloging, stocking, issuing, and inventory control. 
    • Manage vendor quotes. Also responsible for all vendor follow-up, to include but not limited to: parts delivery and back order; invoice verification; tracking refunds/credits; and bin stock. 
    • Management of preventive maintenance coordination and documentation process for the site
    • Contractors training and daily management.
    • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

    Qualifications 

    • Minimum education required is a High School diploma/GED.  
    • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or warehouse environment
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
    • Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • SAP /Industrial CMMS systems experience preferred.
    • Ability to operate independently, to multi-task, and to prioritize quickly.
    • Proven track record on safety.
