About the Role:Baker Pools LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Jenks, OK! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate pool maintenance service routes for pool cleaners
- Communicate with customers to address concerns and provide service updates
- Act as the primary liaison between pool cleaners and customers, coordinating communication to deliver excellent service
- Process paperwork and invoice customers each month
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling service calls for our service department

Requirements:- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
