Job Description:
Maintenance Coordination Engineers support the design, implementation, and optimization of the telco network solution used to provide services. The candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams, work independently on projects to coordinate, and schedule complex installation, maintenance, and repair operations across multiple teams within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and schedule the installation, maintenance, and repair of telco services as part of the Deployment organization.
Develop schedules that support internal and customer requirements and need dates.
Work with customers to schedule events by communicating and coordinating between field teams and company.
Supports Network Implementation Management with event creation required for coordinating field implementation events.
Participate in after action reviews to resolve scheduling challenges.
Identify areas of opportunity for automation and network optimization
Manage the Telco design release workflow to meet the implementation schedule
