Maintenance & Code Compliance Electrician

Where: Louisville, KY
When: 1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Role Focus

• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, panels, fixtures, and associated equipment.
• Diagnose problems quickly and recommend effective, lasting solutions.
• Ensure every task complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
• Partner with other trades to hit project milestones and minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce failures.
• Document work performed and materials used with precision and clarity.
• Deliver professional, courteous communication to clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electrician apprenticeship preferred.
• Active Kentucky electrician’s license.
• Proven electrical experience across installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency reading and applying blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong analytical thinking and detail orientation.
• Clear, respectful communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle on-call needs as required.
