    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Enters data of daily equipment work order activities, equipment updates, meter readings, utilities, and service bonus/quality measurements.
    • Monitor and maintain CMMS for this location including creating and updating attachments and procedures.
    • Support Process Safety Management and Risk Management Program documentation.
    • Track capital projects costing and assist in scheduling.
    • Provide clerical support for other related departments as needed.
    • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
    • Process invoices and support the budgeting process.
    • Train technicians and occasionally support/train other maintenance clerks at other locations on the CMMS.
    • Support GFSI, PSM and safety audits.
    • Able to perform 90% of the clerk skills matrix
    • Assist in maintaining parts through cycle counts, warranty claims, and parts ordering.
    • Sanitation department support, such as ordering/stocking kitchen and cleaning supplies, issuing and tracking work orders, setting up for meetings and other tasks as required.

    • YOU MUST HAVE
    • High School diploma or general equivalency degree required
    • Basic computer and accounting skills
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills in a business environment
    • Ability to make independent decisions
    • High level of accuracy

    YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

    • Proficient in use of Excel, Word, Maintscape, eMaint, AIC, SharePoint, Safety Amp, MSDS Online and UKG.

    ROLE SPECIFICS

    • Schedule: Monday -Friday 7:00 am  3:30 pm 
    • Must be available for occasional travel for training
    • Occasional exposure to various warehouse environment
