Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility
Manage a team of maintenance technicians
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
Ensure that all equipment and machinery are functioning efficiently and effectively
Minimize downtime and maximize productivity
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices
Excellent leadership and management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Electrical and PCM
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
