Maintenance Associate

The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center. The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand.

Pay rate: $17.00/hr –$18.00 on W2 without benefits
Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Summary:
Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of work experience.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environment.
• Forklift experience / certification.
• Crane operation experience.
• General knowledge of industrial tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and shop operations.
• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
• Work under a structured mentor program until qualified to perform assigned duties independently.
• Participate in company-provided training and certifications.
• Maintain high standards of attendance, performance, and safety compliance.
• Physically demanding role requiring employees to work in active shop and oilfield-support environments.

Schedule

• Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Work hours may vary based on customer demand and operational needs.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

• Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with client and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
