Job Title: Maintenance Associate
Location: Longview TX 75604
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay rate: $17.00/hr –$18.00 on W2 without benefits
Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Summary:
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of work experience.
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Stable employment history.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environment.
  • Forklift experience / certification.
  • Crane operation experience.
  • General knowledge of industrial tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support maintenance and shop operations.
  • Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
  • Work under a structured mentor program until qualified to perform assigned duties independently.
  • Participate in company-provided training and certifications.
  • Maintain high standards of attendance, performance, and safety compliance.
  • Physically demanding role requiring employees to work in active shop and oilfield-support environments.

Schedule
  • Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Work hours may vary based on customer demand and operational needs.
  • Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

A motivated, dependable, early-career candidate who is eager to learn, comfortable working in a physically demanding shop environment, and interested in building a long-term career within the oilfield industry. Worker may be considered for conversion to full-time employee depending on performance.
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
  • Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
  • Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
  • Comply with client and respective division TLM standards.
  • Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
