Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Assists with grounds maintenance, community and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive and follow maintenance instructions from supervisor.
- Routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc.
- Replace light bulbs, fluorescent lights, call lights, etc.
