What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and painting projects
- Help maintain building systems, equipment, and facility grounds
- Complete preventive maintenance and facility safety checks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with larger maintenance projects as needed
- Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff
What You'll Need
- Maintenance, painting, or related experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Ability to pass required employment screenings
