Carpentry, Driver's License, Electrical Components, Equipment Maintenance/Repair, Furniture Moving, Insurance, Maintenance - Plumbing, Property Maintenance
This is a part time position with hours varying from 20 - 30 hours per week.
Maintains Buildings And Equipment
- Performs minor carpentry duties
- Services bathrooms and drain and sewage stoppage
- Checks and cleans filters/screen on washer, dryer and ice machines
- Checks lights and replaces bulbs as needed
- Ensures proper temperature on water heaters
- Changes outlet or wall switches
- Replaces light fixtures
- Performs safety inspections of all new electrical equipment and inspects on annual basis
- Moves furniture upon request
- Performs other miscellaneous maintenance tasks
High School education or equivalent
Two years experience in the maintenance of buildings and equipment
Valid Arkansas driver's license with record acceptable in insurance carrier
