Maintenance Assistant

This is a part time position with hours varying from 20 - 30 hours per week.

Maintains Buildings And Equipment

• Performs minor carpentry duties
• Services bathrooms and drain and sewage stoppage
• Checks and cleans filters/screen on washer, dryer and ice machines
• Checks lights and replaces bulbs as needed
• Ensures proper temperature on water heaters
• Changes outlet or wall switches
• Replaces light fixtures
• Performs safety inspections of all new electrical equipment and inspects on annual basis
• Moves furniture upon request
• Performs other miscellaneous maintenance tasks

This position is deemed safety-sensitive

High School education or equivalent

Two years experience in the maintenance of buildings and equipment

Valid Arkansas driver's license with record acceptable in insurance carrier
