Compensation: Hourly, $22–$25
Hours: Full time plus pier diem

We’re looking for a dependable Painter / Maintenance Assistant to help maintain and repair multiple facilities. This hands-on role combines painting, general maintenance, and minor facility repairs. Duties & Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior painting, surface prep, patching, and finishing
• 
  
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• 
  
• Troubleshoot facility issues and complete general maintenance tasks
• 
  
• Safely use hand tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment
• 
  
• Help keep facilities safe, clean, and well maintained
• 
  

Minimum Requirements

• 
  
  • 
    
  • Painting and/or general maintenance experience
  • 
    
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
  • 
    
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 
    
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable with hands-on work
