    What You'll Do

    As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll work alongside the Maintenance Director to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for our residents and team members. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Preparing apartments for new residents, including painting, touch-ups, and minor repairs

    • Assisting with general maintenance and handyman projects throughout the community

    • Helping with basic repairs and preventative maintenance

    • Responding to maintenance needs in resident apartments and common areas

    • Keeping tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies organized and ready for use

    • Supporting the Maintenance Director with projects and day-to-day community needs

    • Helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept environment

    You'll Be Great on This Team If You:

    • Have a high school diploma or equivalent

    • Have general maintenance, handyman, painting, or repair experience - preferred, but not required

    • Are dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently

    • Enjoy problem-solving and working on a variety of projects

    • Take pride in providing excellent service and creating a great environment for residents

    • Are available to work a full-time Tuesday-Saturday schedule
