Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
• Help troubleshoot mechanical issues and support equipment upkeep
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Support production teams by responding to maintenance needs in a timely manner
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic repairs, tools, and maintenance equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and assist with equipment repairs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
