Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
- Help troubleshoot mechanical issues and support equipment upkeep
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Support production teams by responding to maintenance needs in a timely manner
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic repairs, tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and assist with equipment repairs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
