The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Director in ensuring the facility grounds and interior maintain a high standard of cleanliness and functionality. Responsibilities include general repairs, safety checks, groundwork, and installation of equipment as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have a working knowledge of basic plumbing, heating & electrical work
• Must have SNF/LTC experience 
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Previous maintenance experience
•  5+ years experience in industrial maintenance and building repair
