Rose Senior Living - Maintenance Assistant (As Needed)
Rose Senior Living is looking for a short-term part-time maintenance assistant to focus on floor cleaning and upkeep. Other related duties would be:
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs
- Receive service requests and response in a timely manner.
- Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor.
- Perform minor building and equipment repairs.
- Complete all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
- Assist, during winter, with snow removal efforts as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of fountains, pumping and filtration system, where appropriate.
- Perform maintenance on irrigation system (valves, timers and nozzles).
- Perform routine maintenance on all vehicles when assigned.
- Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition
Base Pay Rate: $18-$21/ hour based on experience
