Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and general repairs throughout the facility
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Ensure the building and grounds remain safe, clean, and well maintained
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from staff and residents
• Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and seasonal or special projects
• Support compliance with safety, health, and facility standards

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety focused
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help others
