    Come work with us! We're currently looking for a Maintenance Apprentice.As a Maintenance Apprentice, you will become a professional technician by completing our industry-leading Maintenance Apprentice Program (MAP). You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced mentors to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to be a successful technician. Upon completion of the MAP, you will be moved into the Maintenance Technician I role with the opportunity to continue your professional development and advance your career.WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Learn how to diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide variety of maintenance issuesAcquire skills in hydraulics, welding, plumbing, and other industrial fieldsAssume increasing responsibility for meeting the maintenance needs of car washes in your regionBecome a resource for wash employees-answer questions, share ideas, and suggest solutionsDemonstrate pride in your work and a commitment to safety
