As a Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor, you will direct a team in the repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery, buildings, and utility systems.     Key Accountabilities

    • Develop preventive maintenance programs.
    • Coordinate with other plant functions to ensure seamless support.
    • Ensure safety guidelines are followed for employee well-being.
    • Prioritize and assign maintenance tasks based on established plans.
    • Oversee maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
    • Lead, develop, and make talent management decisions for your team.

    Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Experience managing tasks across multiple crafts (electrical, welding, mechanical).
    • Minimum of four years of related work experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 4+ years of supervisory experience managing technical engineering teams.
    • Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional or similar certification.
    • Training in predictive maintenance technologies.
    • Knowledge of the proactive maintenance model.
    • Experience in production, maintenance, or project management.
    • Leadership experience or driving results through teams.
    • Lean Six Sigma yellow or green belt certification.
    • Experience with SAP.
