This role focuses on general building maintenance with a specific emphasis on concrete placement and grounds care. We are looking for a motivated individual with a solid foundation in concrete work who enjoys a variety of tasks and takes pride in keeping a facility running smoothly.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesConcrete Support: Perform site preparation, build and set forms, and lay rebar or reinforcement.Pouring & Finishing: Mix, pour, and finish concrete for various structures including floors, ramps, sidewalks, and patios.General Maintenance: Complete routine building repairs and groundskeeping tasks to maintain a high-quality facility environment.Safety & Standards: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure a safe workspace for everyone.Tool Operation: Safely use various hardware tools, power equipment, and machinery (forklift) to complete assigned projects.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Previous hands-on experience in concrete work (forming, pouring, or finishing) is required.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work comfortably in standing, kneeling, or stooping positions.Licensing: Must have a Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.Skills: Proficient with common power tools and general maintenance equipment.Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; ability to operate a forklift is a plus.Availability: Standard full-time schedule, with the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed for specific projects.About R&R SolutionsFounded in 1997 in Gravette, AR, R&R Solutions has evolved from a packaging and logistics company into a premier, client-focused solutions provider.
