Who We're Looking For:
- Class B and/or C level technicians with 2-5 years of experience in a dealership or private shop
- Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications
- Experience using scan tools and service information systems
- Ability to independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs
- Proficient in engine maintenance and basic electrical diagnostics
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do:
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures
- Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools
