Introduction

They are expected to leverage AI-assisted development tools and techniques to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and enhance team productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CA-7, Performance Testing, and Job Control Language (JCL)
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and Software Testing
- Experience with Z/OS, AIPGEE, and Batch Processing
- Strong skills in Requirements Analysis, SQL, and IBM DB2
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Big Query

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements
- Solve complex problems using various tools, languages, frameworks, and methodologies
- Create high-level software architecture designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product owners, designers, and architects
- Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines, policies, and processes
- Continuously improve performance and optimize the application
- Support security practices to safeguard user data
- Create user-friendly and interactive interfaces
- Develop and maintain back-end applications like APIs and microservices
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies
