Join our team as a Technical Lead in the Chicago area, where you will guide technical teams throughout project lifecycles. This contract position offers a hybrid work environment. You will work with core banking systems and various programming languages to ensure efficient system management and data processing.
Description
- Lead technical teams in project lifecycles.
- Utilize core banking systems for system management.
- Develop batch programs for banking processes.
- Write programs for data extraction and transformation.
- Manage source control and production implementation.
- Analyze and resolve technical incidents proactively.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Utilize expert-level knowledge of core banking systems for system management.
- Develop and implement batch programs for core banking processing.
- Write programs for data extraction/transformation.
- Analyze and resolve incidents as part of a proactive ownership approach.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge in core banking systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages and database management.
- Ability to shift priorities quickly based on business needs.
- Strong collaborative skills with various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
