We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to join our Application Managed Services practice supporting Technology Services within our Tax business dimension. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-performance custom software solutions to drive key client delivery initiatives.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Design, build, and configure custom software applications to meet business and functional requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing software modules within the Application Managed Services scope.
- Collaborate with technical leads and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable code.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform code optimizations, and ensure application performance standards.
- Participate in system analysis, architecture reviews, and technical documentation processes.
- Execute unit testing and assist quality assurance teams during integration testing.
REQUIRED SKILLS- Custom Software Development & Architecture (3+ years)
- Application Managed Services delivery (2+ years)
- Hands-on programming and system integration experience (3+ years)
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS- Technical documentation and system analysis
